Context
Oxon Technologies is a U.S. based company specializing in improving combustion efficiency and reducing pollutant emissions. Their technology sits at the intersection of industrial performance and environmental responsibility,
a strong positioning, but one that is not always immediately clear to communicate.
Coast Agency handled the website’s art direction, while Otomoro was responsible for the full technical development, both front-end and back-end, using SvelteKit and Sanity.
Challenge
Oxon’s offering is inherently technical. The challenge was to design a website capable of making this complexity accessible without oversimplifying it. The goal was to create a modern, credible platform for professional audiences, while remaining clear enough for any visitor to quickly understand what the product does and why it matters. Beyond simply presenting information, the website also needed to play an active role in the commercial process, turning initial interest into concrete action. Coast Agency handled the website’s art direction, while Otomoro was responsible for the full technical development, both front-end and back-end, using SvelteKit and Sanity.
Process
The visual direction defined by Coast Agency set a clear tone — minimal, high-tech, with 3D elements and subtle animations designed to suggest movement and innovation without overwhelming the content. Otomoro’s role was to translate this creative direction into a fast and seamless technical experience. Lightweight animations and 3D elements bring dynamism to an intentionally restrained interface, reinforcing the high-tech identity while reducing the risk of the design feeling dated over time. A key element of the conversion journey is the calculator. Visitors can enter their usage data, visualize projected returns, and directly contact the sales team, all within a smooth, continuous flow designed to minimize friction.
